Be able to disable autosave

Current behavior

First of all, thanks a lot for Livebook, this is amazing! 🙂

As there isn't a way to undo changes today, autosave can be very destructive.

I deleted a section by accident, and everything was gone and got persisted to the file.

Expected behavior

If we can disable autosave, mistakes can be prevented from persisting automatically.

Tip: in the edge version of Livebook deleting a section requires a confirmation, and also you need to explicitly specify to delete the cells, so it should be less likely to do it by accident. Also undo feature should be in place soon (today/tomorrow) :)

With the latest changes (#411, #414) the underlying issue should be addressed. Also, making autosave configurable is already a part of #203, so I'm going to close this one :)
