下载失败，不知道是哪一步没做对？

环境：Win10 LTSC x64 w/ python 3.7.9 + 联通网

ffmpeg已安装，网站cookie已设置

目前已经试过两家机场，分别是Cord（with SSR）和泡芙（with Clash），均下载失败

当我使用泡芙时，出现以下提示：

当我使用Cord时，出现以下提示：
