Preview window broken: no newlines

I just got a new system and copied me /home dir with it and the skim.vim preview window seems to be broken:

I've been digging a little bit into the codebase and I found this thing in bin/preview.sh:

DEFAULT_COMMAND="highlight -O ansi -l {} || coderay {} || rougify {} || cat {}"
CMD=${FZF_PREVIEW_COMMAND:-$DEFAULT_COMMAND}
CMD=${CMD//{\}/$(printf %q "$FILE")}

Am I supposed to have these commands on my system? highlight, coderay, rougify and cat? I have highlight and cat, but I don't have the other two.
