Is there a logical way of handling the unwrapping/unflowing of text? #3

In the case that lines are reflowed and then text is deleted, is there a logical way to determine that the text should be rewrapped to the previous line? It might be possible to expect that all text, unless it is followed by a blank line, is free game for unwrapping.
