Describe the bug

Footer to navigate to next quiz exercise seems to be positioned absolute and hides other elements.

To Reproduce

  1. Create a quiz with Short Answer Questions
  2. Participate in the Quiz
  3. Evaluate the Quiz results
  4. Go to the quiz statistics
  5. See that the Show sample solution and Show unrated results buttons at the bottom are not fully displayed

Expected behavior

The footer should be placed sticky at the bottom but not hide other elements

When working on the issues it would be good not the get to the old state Quiz exercises: Footer hiding quiz statistics footer #8890

Screenshots
