This is the first working, partially-tested release of Basalt although no complete client implementation exists as of the 15th August 2018. Any future releases with the same major and minor versions (a.k.a patches) will be updated and posted as part of this release, which should be the same for all future releases of Basalt too.
You should run the server with Root/Admin permissions (sudo in UNIX, Administrator Command Prompt in Windows) or simply give the necessary permissions so that Basalt can set itself up properly (such as Vert.x creating its cache directory).
Hopefully you all like it as much as I do. Feel free to open issues or contribute either to the code/community in general as you see fit. Thanks!
