Help: Cannot work：modprobe: ERROR: could not insert '8852cu': Exec format error

I have a Pi4 model B with COMFAST CF-972AX. install this driver amd excute modprobe 8852cu:
modprobe: ERROR: could not insert '8852cu': Exec format error
OS info:

uname 
Linux raspberrypi 5.19.17-v7l #1 SMP Wed Sep 20 12:06:15 CST 2023 armv7l GNU/Linux

root@raspberrypi:~# lsusb

I install this driver use make ARCH=arm amd make install.

sees that cannot modprobe the 8852cu in this OS version.

Any suggestions? thanks a lot.
