Added Global Notes.

These are normal notes but that don't belong to a specific tab, they are global to the extension.

You can access this through the Global Notes command.

Also added a trigger for double clicking an empty text filter.

Set that to show the global notes.

Also added a notes button on the favorites bar.

Set Background - Cycle Opacity

Toggle Auto Blur - Toggle Favorites Autohide

Cycle opacity is a new command that cycles the transparency of the background by %5 from 90 to 70.

This is when you want to adjust quickly how visible the background image is.

It's mapped to middle click on the background icon in favorites.

Fixed context drag/re-order, it was auto-hiding before erroneously.

Added toggle favorites autohide, which simple toggles autohide on or off.

It's mapped to the middle click on the auto blur icon in favorites.

Scrolling on the footer now scrolls the items.

Using the wheel on the filter now returns to empty filter eventually.
