Preconditions

  1. Magento 2.2.3
  2. PHP 7.0

Steps to reproduce

After placing an order and providing payment details, Rolled back transaction has not been completed correctly" had been shown up and I could not make any transaction.

Expected result

  1. How can I fix this please?

Actual result

rollback

Please clarify steps to reproduce the issue, add more information, as current description does not allow to reliably test this behavior.

The issue has been fixed in #21697 by @david-fuehr in 2.3-develop branch
