New feature: adding description to IP-address #2

In order to more easily manage the list of IPs, I would like to give a description to each IP.

Ways to implement:

Two columns in the admin

MyCompany || 1.2.3.4/32
MyHomeOffice || 5.6.7.8
A textarea for all the items, with the ability to add comments

# MyCompany
1.2.3.4/32
## Home
5.6.7.8

I am interested in:

If the maintainer has an interest in this feature and might develop the feature himself
If a pull request will be accepted for this issue
