Upgrade to Anchor version which support newest IDL standard

Anchor updated the IDL definition in: coral-xyz/anchor#2824, including several new features.

Particularly, the new format contains in the accounts entries an address field, which can be used to implement the automatic account resolutions for extra_account (added in #26 ) on the client side
