more documentation on using the docker container?

Hi, I would like to setup zfsbeat in a docker container to report on the host's ZFS pool's metrics.
I know issues aren't meant for support but perhaps you could provide a bit of help (which could become documentation?) on how to use zfsbeat inside a container: which volumes should I mount from the host in order to get ZFS metrics? which permissions should i grant the zfsbeat user? (which user should i run as?)
