Win 7 64bit - VST v2.0.6.0 freezing when loading Ableton 8 or Cubase 5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Copy dll in to VST directory.
2. Launch DAW (in my case Ableton and Cubase)
3. Freezes loading Wormhole2.dll

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
DAW should load and VST should operate.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
dll = v2.0.6.0, OS = Windows 7 64bit.

Please provide any additional information below.

Have the same issues. Figured out that its something related to permissions in 
windows 7. Works fine with Wavelab 6 on my windows 7. Nuendo 4, Nuendo 3 and 
Cubase crash on start. Got it up and running once but then as soon as I played, 
it crashed!!! Did u find a workaround???

Make sure only one Network card is active . It worked for me when i disabled 
wifi card.
