Add docs / gif on getting org id

Org ID is difficult to find, and now its a requirement for using the CLI. I don't think its even documented anywhere how to find the value.

Yes, also:

mass whoami & mass orgs could go a long way here

We should make a directory of gifs/pngs for common things in docs that we can reference from everywhere. Ie. how to find the org name… if it ever changes, change one image and update everywhere (we'll end up referencing this from a number of places)
