Uncaught JavaScript error when launching

Thank you. No internet connection is necessary. I know where the issue come from. It is just a window positioning setting, that creates this issue. I have to find out why it is happening.

Please try the new release v0.8.1 I have added another round of conditions to prevent this from happening.

I have finally managed to reproduce the issue on my linux. Hopefully I have hunted down all undefined variables for now. There was a problem with the way I asynchronously loaded files on startup as well as with the way some variables were being set.

This release brings some other improvements as well.
