.http Icon Request #122

You can use .http files with this extension https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=humao.rest-client

Should be for .http and .rest files.

In terms of what the icon should be, I am unsure, but maybe an up down arrow pair to symbolise request response?
