I encountered a problem when I was using the "lazy typesetting" functionality provided by mathjax. I have a big document with many formulas and hash locations. According to the manual, in "lazy typesetting" mode, unseen formulas do not typeset, so the scroll position doesn't change. But when the hash location is close to the bottom of the document, this gets ruined. The initial location of the hash is not at the top of the screen, therefore there are formulas above the hash that get typesetted and the hash location gets changed. Does anybody know if there are ways to fix this issue? Many thanks!
