Sticker pack does not work on element

Sticker pack does not work on element

On element web for linux, I goto add some stickers
The window "Integration Manager" comes on the screen with the grey round circle turning around
Nothing else happens

I have to close down Element Web

On Android Element i goto add some stickers

Steps to reproduce:

1. In Preferences, check "Show stickers button"
2. Click the Stickers button in the composer - it says "You don't currently have any stickerpacks enabled"
3. Click "Add some now"
4. Click "Add" under a sticker pack

Outcome
What did you expect?
A sticker pack to be added

What happened instead?
Nothing in the UI
