In testing calls within a channel or DM, one user shares his screen.
the user sharing clicks on the popout linnk on the call dialog (square with arrow for link).
Windows appear continuously in the window smaller and smaller without stopping until sharing is stopped. See below
Expected results - link icon should be hidden or removed while sharing or do nothing while sharing.
Not sure what exactly is the use for the popout link in the dialog (white part at bottom with icon only, not the blue area/button in shared image that reads "POPOUT")
User was told sternly to not click that icon, but it would be better to avoid the issue if possible.

Thanks for the feedback @ebeck-iq. The "infinite mirror effect" you are seeing there is a known problem that can happen when rendering the same view that's shared. I agree it would make sense to prevent it if possible.
@abhijit-singh Wondering if you had any thoughts or questions on the above?
