Scrape Markdown Folder For Projects

Adding a new project requires making changes to multiple files. An ideal solution would require placing the markdown file in the projects directory and nothing else. The project title and url slug should come from the first top level header of the project doc. The project category should be determined by the subfolder name in the projects directory. Maybe a node script should generate the Project.svelte file at build time?
