TZConvert.WindowsToIana("Yukon Standard Time") fails

After a windows update we're getting the following error:

System.InvalidTimeZoneException: '"Yukon Standard Time" was not recognized as a valid Windows time zone ID.'

Using version 3.2.0.

Added new CLDR overrides with 63ee269 to fix in version 3.3.0.

Will reach out to CLDR to have them added officially to CLDR.
