No autocomplete for prophecy (1.3.5, PhpStorm2016.2)

Release notes for 1.3.5 says its temporarily disabled, it has been a while.

fyi: i have created a fork at https://github.com/Haehnchen/idea-php-phpunit-plugin will improve PhpUnit support and also try to fix this issue
