Saved Searches Convert to Lower Case

When saving a search, it is converted to all lower case. This makes a query using the OR operator not work. But if the saved search is edited, then the case is preserved and the query works.

Maybe the OR operator does work in lower case as well. This has been inconsistent for me. But it would be nice to have the case preserved, at least for readability purposes.
