Saving/Exporting Palettes.

Need to write about about the mechanism that currently defines what palettes you see in the Palettes manager. Offer some words, please.

At one point we had an Export All function for the user's palettes, but I think that's gone? All I'm seeing is copy from the hex codes for the active palette. This is a reminder that a multi-palette export function would be a good thing to have, would also be nice to include an import. I had a simple way to do that in my tool: name1 value, value, value, value / name2 value, value, value...
