[Feat] Implementation of Login for sellers is incomplete

Description

The login functionality for sellers has not been fully implemented. Key components, such as form validation, authentication logic, error handling, or integration with the backend, appear to be missing or incomplete. As a result, sellers are currently unable to log in successfully, which may block essential operations on the platform.

Steps to Reproduce:

Navigate to the seller login page.
Attempt to log in with valid credentials.
Observe that the login process fails or behaves incorrectly.
