What information was incorrect, unhelpful, or incomplete?

The first sentence in the second paragraph of that section, states:

"When a dialog opens, the browser, by default, gives focus to the first element that can be focused within the dialog."

What did you expect to see?

Scratch that. I just did a baseline test and the behavior as documented is still accurate. The alternative behavior must be caused by a library in place in the scenarios I've tested.
