[WebAPI] Enable Screen Wake Lock API by default - again

• The listed features are documented sufficiently on MDN
• BCD is updated
• Interactive example and data repos are updated if appropriate
• The content has been reviewed as needed

For folks helping with Firefox related documentation

• Set bugs to dev-doc-complete
• Add entry to Firefox release notes for enabled/preview features
• Add/remove entry to Firefox experimental features page for preference/released features

Features to document

This enables the feature by default. This was previously tried in #32338 and then reverted in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1883724

This was attempted some releases ago. Everything up to date in docs except relnote/expr features and bcd.

Thanks for this. Is there still a difference for the feature or activation between Desktop and Android? I tried the Screen Wake Lock API for 126 and it did not work for Android (for Desktop it works).
