Contributing to modules #166
Comments
There is already a substantial collection of yo generators for this project, which is pretty close to the equivalent of the cli for mean.io, at least as far as I recall. I would also like to see the documentation improved in some areas. I believe you can just do a clone of the git repository, make your changes/recommendations and do pull requests. If the project team likes them they'll be merged with the main branch. I believe the recommended practice would be to make your changes in a branch before you do a pull request. |
1+ @elewis33 Thanks! I will have to recheck but I didn't see a substantial collection that pertained to mean.js modules. Curious why there is not more shown here http://meanjs.org/modules.html |
@SOSANA - feel free to submit your pull request. We will update the docs soon! |
@SOSANA (or anybody) if you're up for something slightly different, I'd love a hand filling-in or clarifying some of the unknowns about this generator in my collection of things to know about all of them http://www.dancancro.com/comparison-of-angularjs-application-starters/ In particular, there's a "How do I..." section where I'd like to document in a common way how to do common things. Just send a request to share the doc and I'll add you as an editor. |
Hi All,
Wanted to know how we can contribute modules to mean.js? how can we improve the doc's so others can contribute, find information and learn about it as well ?
Is anyone working on command line interface (CLI) for modules?
