Enable brush style modification for users

Current Behavior

Basic Brush tool has fixed size brush using single color and fixed transparency setting.

Expected Behavior

• It will be good to have slider/combo for brush selector size changing (range should be reasonable!)

• Some kind of color picker for brush

Any changes should not affect "past" selections that are on canvas.
