v0.28: Update meilisearch-collection.json

As usual, we need to update .vuepress/public/postman/meilisearch-collection.json. Though we want to start doing this ourselves, v0.28 is a big chunky release with lots of moving pieces, so we're probably going to need some help.

@curquiza, can you help us with this? Perhaps we can schedule a tutorial meeting after release in which you give the @meilisearch/docs-team some guidance and instructions on what we need to do to keep this file up-to-date.

I already started the work on it, and I'm almost done! You can assign me on this issue 😄

However, this is indeed something I would definitely need to give to the docs team 😇 you're right. I put this knowledge transfer for a long time in my "todo of the future", thank you for bringing it to my priorities!!
