Translate the website

It would be nice to support multiple languages. I'm currently working on developing a solution to this, but it's a little immature (it can't run in watch mode yet). You can use an existing solution though it's not my favorite way to do it.

the previous version of the website was actually translated in Chinese, Korean, Bahasa and Japanese, with all pages being "duplicated" in the corresponding language and it was just automatically set based on the browser language or could be changed through a simple pull-down list / switch.

this said, I'm all to do it again, but I'd rather choose something simple and widely available to be honest, just to avoid being in a situation in a few years where what we used is not maintained anymore.
