This has been started in #10 to have a properly running CI. But there's a lot more to do there:

synchronize the npm run commands
then synchronize Github Actions config
check various "meta"/dot files, README
change tooling (mocha for testing, …)
remove unused/uneeded file (.babelrc ?)
