metaplex-android can not mint nft from candy machine #108

Currently we only support read methods. Writing and creating NFTs will be supported on the future.

We develop app applications and need mint nft on android and ios, Android SDK has not yet implemented Mint

If need to build mint parameters manually and don't have SDK, how should do it? Is there any similar demo?
