Sockjs issue in Chrome 27 and 28 #1244

Chrome 27 has some broken XHR caching which severely influences Sockjs
See issue here: sockjs/sockjs-client#129

This leads to Meteor not loading data when loaded with browser cache
Thus, meteor package should be updated when sockjs fixes it

Yup, that bug was found by a Meteor developer and so it is already fixed on devel.
