Azure DevOps had the same outage incident as in issue 1345 reoccur just recently. Could you please investigate this again and address it this time? It is not clear why the issue was closed as stale the first time around.

Azure DevOps is currently using Microsoft.ApplicationInsights.Web 2.22.0.
