Grey Box, Instead of Costs, Are Being Displayed in Web UI #3254

EXPECTED:

Costs should appear in the web UI for TRE Admin
Costs should appear in the web UI for Workspace Owner
Costs should not appear in the web UI for other TRE users

ACTUAL:

Costs are only being displayed for TRE Admin
Everyone else sees a grey box, like that illustrated above

There could be two issues here

Costs aren't being shown to Workspace Owners
The UI has a styling issue allowing this grey box to appear when costs are unavailable

This has been seen on a customer deployment. I can grab additional context if needed, but wanted to raise this incase it's a known issue.
