📝 Provide a description of the new feature

What is the expected behavior of the proposed feature? What is the scenario this would be used?

Our team is preparing for to help support Windows Terminal's drop down "Quake mode" feature for a future release. This is on Window Terminal's v2 roadmap and we're being sure we're supporting them.

Quake's console would launch by hitting ` in game. Terminal support it with WinKey+`. As the current keystroke for FZ's editor is this, we will change ours to prevent a conflict for new users. We will shift to WinKey+Shift+` as default for new users. And for existing PowerToy users, we highly suggest transitioning FancyZone's editor hotkey to WinKey+Shift+`
