In the first quarter of 2023, our priorities are:

If you have questions about our plans for this quarter, feel free to ask them here. (Note that compiler, IDE, etc. priorities are off-topic.)

Is making c++20 /clr changes production seen as a Q1 thing or is that all compiler dependant?

Compiler-dependent. It's up to the front-end team to decide whether and when to officially support /clr /std:c++20 for production use. The library side is done, with test coverage active and all known bugs reported (tracked by #3193).

Not sure whether it's the right place to ask. Is there any plan to make C++/WinRT support C++20 (i.e. working with modern coroutine and modules)?

I think https://github.com/microsoft/cppwinrt is the right place.

It's Q2, so there will be a new issue this Wednesday after the weekly maintainer meeting.
