Q1 2023 priorities

In the first quarter of 2023, our priorities are:

• Implementing C++23 features from the Working Draft
  • The final WG21 meeting for changing the Working Draft is scheduled for Feb 2023
  • Ideally, we'll complete C++23 in calendar year 2023! 🎉
• Keeping PR reviews flowing, so contributions are reviewed promptly
• Transcribing the video code review backlog

Is making c++20 /clr changes production seen as a Q1 thing or is that all compiler dependant?

Compiler-dependent. It's up to the front-end team to decide whether and when to officially support /clr /std:c++20 for production use. The library side is done, with test coverage active and all known bugs reported (tracked by #3193).
