Troubleshooting Link to Azure Data Studio Insiders is wrong (goes to Visual Code Insiders) #26118

Azure Data Studio Version: 1.50.0
OS Version: Windows 11 Pro, 23H2

Steps to Reproduce:

Press ctrl-shift-P to get to the feature search menu.
Search 'Troubleshoot' and click the "Help: Troubleshoot issue..." result.
Click "Troubleshoot Issue" button on the modal popup.
Click "I Can't Reproduce" button on the bottom right popup.
The next popup offers you to "Download Azure Data Studio Insiders". Click that button.
It asks if you want to launch external website: https://aka.ms/vscode-insiders

That's the bug. It takes you to the VS Code webpage, instead of Azure Data Studio download page.

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes/No -- I have no extensions
