Suggested new feature or improvement

Overview
The objective of this proposal is to implement CPU and Memory usage monitoring functionalities for Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL). The monitoring will provide real-time statistics about CPU and Memory usage, helping users and administrators in maintaining optimal system performance.

Scenario

Requirements
Real-time CPU usage monitoring
Real-time Memory usage monitoring
Interactive User Interface (optional)
Alerting system for high resource consumption (optional)
