Describe the feature

DTDL properties with a date schema are generated as C# DateOnly properties, yet time schema properties generate C# objects.

Additional context, alternatives considered, etc.

In consideration of anyone that needs to use .NET Framework, support for TimeOnly should be guarded by #if NET6_0_OR_GREATER and backported to DateOnly as well.
