Duplicated acessibility voice aria-describedby

Hello, I'm using v-tooltip v2.

I have the v-tooltip associated with an tag.

For accessibility on mobile phones with active voice.

After opening the tooltip, when it is selected it reads the tooltip text, but when we click on it also reads the tooltip text again.

I imagine that because the tag has aria-describedby with the id of the tooltip's

, I tried to find some options for this but the aria-describedby present in is overwritten after opening the tooltip.

With the voice accessibility feature, the tooltip is only closed after 2 taps on another component, 1 tap on another component does not close the tooltip.

I believe that if it closes after 1 touch on another component it would solve the problem, or if it stops adding aria-descibredby in the or in its own
