Create item from job list design

Introduction

Extend the create marketplace item feature, add select from job list item.

Create from job list, user don't have to upload the YAML file, more easier to create template from a job.

Proposals / Solutions

• Show the last ten jobs from the list by default
• Support search jobs
• Without paging (use search bar to figure out your target job, or use save to template feature in job details)
• Default is public
