Describe the bug
New text overlaps the placeholder text.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to https://microsoft.github.io/roosterjs/index.html#format on Android Device
Start typing
Text appears on top of place holder text

Expected behavior
The placeholder text should disappear once you start typing.
