Brief Issue Summary

The default settings.json in VS Code contains a lot more options than what is shown at https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-cmake-tools/blob/main/docs/cmake-settings.md.

I feel that if https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-cmake-tools/blob/main/docs/cmake-settings.md is manually updated it will always drift from what shows in VS Code and might/should be removed/deprecated in some sense.
