Describe the feature you'd like

Similar to recently published experiences in Visual Studio where you will see a "gold bar" over a solution explorer when a project includes a known vulnerability, we'd like to bring a similar experience to Visual Studio Code through Notifications and/or other native interface patterns to bring more awareness to known security vulnerabilities which can be disabled in your project or Visual Studio Code settings.

Please 👍 and provide comments on this feature request!
