This issue is not stable repro.

Configuration:

Vscode: 1.35.0
JDK: 1.8.0_201/11.0.3
OS: Win/Mac
Build: 0.5.0 sign bits.

Repro steps:

  1. Git clone https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-java-dependency.git
  2. Use Vs code to open Simple project.
  3. Open the content of the next layer of class file as below:

Result:

An error occurred in toggle developer tools:
