Several extensions open annoying 'what's new', ''welcome or 'hello there' tabs when starting vscode, some of them provide a way to disable this some do not.
I want to start working immediately after starting vscode, which usually I do by opening a file or directory straight from explorer.
It would be awesome is vscode could prevent these unwanted tabs from opening with a single global settings, so I won't have to find out after installing the extension where to disable it (or even remove the extension again).
