Does vscode have any setting to keep undo history when closing the editor?
If dont can I suggest this feature?

I work outside home and sometimes my laptop battery runs out and I lost the undo history of the files I was working on.
Another use case is when I need to reload vscode to install/uninstall an extension, the undo is lost.

@bpasero you could at least mention if the feature exists or not, the issues you mentioned link to many others all without answer.

@alexdima #122074 #7536
there are many issues requesting this feature, all closed without an answer if this feature exists or could be added.

can I get an answer?
