Allow ActivityBar to be moved/undocked out of VSCode Window (To a 2nd Monitor)

Please allow the activity-bar to be undocked outside of theVSCode Window
so that we can move it to a separate monitor (left side monitor) and use the main monitor for code.
(I know we can toggle it visibility using (CMD+B) or collapse it, but we need it to be fully opened and to show its content but in a separate monitor.
